I observed my father when he painted, as he had watched his father when he painted. I knew i wanted to be an artist from childhood and even when i didn´t have the courage to accept this and studied architecture, and later on, graphic design, It was art that I came back to. But I have learned a lot through other fields connected to the art and have been influenced by them both in my paintings, sculptures and prints.
Art is what I identify and understand myself with, both thoughts and emotions. My work reflects how i see the world and how i look at human conditions. My art is personal but at the same time talks about existential struggles we all deal with, relationships, lonelyness, hope and despair take a playful form in my surreal, expressionist language of art.
